If you are tough and like big fish, then perhaps you should come with us on a winter float trip chasing Really BIG Bull Trout. It can be cold but with good gear, and a little bit of a hard-core attitude, you will be rewarded. We use our Hyde Power Drifter and try to pick days that don’t get much below -8C and preferably above zero. Swinging big flies can produce some double digit Bullies and we can plan by watching the 5 day forcast to minimize the frostbite. We have been out recently with varied success due to the mild fall and rains that have put water levels up. However, every day is different and if you are looking for adventure this is a great trip! Call us for more details.

Water Conditions:

Flows have been above average (115 cubic M) and 3 feet of visability. With consistantly cooler weather ahead expect water to clear and levels to drop. If you have a flexible schedule and want to get a fish of a life time on your line then call us to discuss some options. We will watch the weather and will be ready to go.
